The Reserve

Beautiful area, the restaurant is located in Tamarack village and it's a great spot. We sat at the Bar, our server was Mac and she took great care of us. Had several of their cocktails, mojito was really good and their double imp is delicious as well. For food we had calamari, Brussel sprouts, tomato basil soup, chicken Marsella and surf and turf.

It was relatively quiet, which was surprising but made for a nice evening dinner. Our server was kind and attentive & food was made to perfection. We plan to be back!

For starters, we indulged in the Polpette alla Napoletana and Dusted Calamari. The polpette were delectable meatballs that practically melted in our mouths, enhanced by a rich and flavorful tomato sauce. The calamari, lightly coated and perfectly crispy, provided a delightful contrast of textures. Both dishes were prepared with evident skill and attention to detail, showcasing the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff.

To complement our appetizers, we opted for a classic Caesar salad. The Reserve did not disappoint. The salad was a harmonious combination of fresh romaine lettuce, tangy Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons. It was evident that only the finest ingredients were used, resulting in a salad that was both satisfying and refreshing.

Came with a group. Service was good and restaurant is nice. Food was priced high but as to be expected for a resort. I ordered the short ribs, which had pretty good flavor $39. Our party was 10-11 people and a lot of folks ordered the burger $19.
Only problem was the portion size. My short rib was just over 3oz I think. I cleaned the plate and a few of my friends were nice enough to share their burger and fries!
Bar was nice, but they store their alcohol in the sunny window. Looks cool but that wrecks the flavor of the liquor.
Overall nice place. I recommend you eat a pretty good meal before you come, and drink elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. We shared the Caprese salad as an appetizer. We tried the salmon entree and the Reserve burger. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough room for dessert but they had some great sounding options. Will definitely be coming back!!!
