Very nice people there, met the owners. Great food!!

Nice and quiet steakhouse/restaurant along I-70. The food was great and service was excellent. My family and I visited this location on a Saturday evening around 5:30 and were the only table there for dinner. There were several people seated at the bar, some were eating dinner. They do accept credit cards.

My 12oz ribeye was cooked exactly as ordered. The garlic seasoning was a new flavor on a steak for me and was a bit strong but it wasn't bad. I would have liked an option for an 8oz steak but the larger size left me with lunch for the next day. The baked potato was a medium size and was soft and fluffy, it was as good as a baked potato gets without loading it with lots of toppings. The salad was a basic garden salad, I could have easily made this on my own. The sweet tea was good and not overly sweet. It tasted like it had been made earlier in the day and was not fresh, this is not a complaint just an observation.

My wife had a burger and thought it was excellent, cooked to order and made with fresh and premium ground beef. Her fries were basic ore-ida style crinkle cut.

The dining and bar areas were clean and comfortable. The restrooms were dated but clean.

Our waitress was friendly, polite, and very attentive.

My impression of this restaurant was overall great. I think it would really thrive in a more populated area but is doing well given the location. I gave it 4 stars because of the price, a table of 3 was $67 without tip. I would recommend this restaurant to those doing work in the area or travelers who are looking for something good.
