Lucky Jack's Restaurant & Lounge

I pulled my semi truck in here for my 30 minute break. Food was excellent! I ordered the gumbo which was very flavorful. It almost filled me up. Also ordered a french dip which was delish too. Fries were crisp. Everything was hot and i was out in 35 minutes. My only complaint is my iced tea tasted like chlorine. Probably just the local water supply. Good service too. Ill stop again for sure.

We had a very good meal at Lucky Jack's. Loved the gumbo soup and my family loved the vegetable beef soup. Great salads, chicken wings, and catfish. Enjoyed the pretzels and cheese appetizer also. Try it you will like it!

We heard about Lucky Jack’s on our trucker’s app. It’s easy to get to right off the 70 and has a few parking spots for large vehicles (like semi-trucks). This is officially our favorite place to eat. Their steak burgers were heaven sent, and I liked their mashed potatoes. You can tell they care about the food they serve. The service was sincerely friendly and accommodating. We went during lunch so there were no crowds and service was quick. The place was clean. We really found a gem of a restaurant here. Will come again the next time we pass through.

Stopped in on our way home traveling through and ran into this Gem. Some of the best food I have had in A long time. My husband and son both had steaks and they where both very happy with there food and thought that it was cooked perfectly. If ever traveling back through Illinois we will stop by again for sure.

I reserved a large table ahead of time (10 people total) and by the time we arrived our table was all set and ready for us. The entire staff was aware of us ahead of time and prepared. Our waitress was amazing. The New York cheesecake that we ordered for the table was delicious as well as the nacho appetizer. Our bartender Amie took special requests and was knowledgeable and listened well. We only had to tell her what style of drink (sweet and fruity) and she would serve a mouth watering drink that you weren't sure you needed until you took your first sip. Her "Girly girl" drink was a favorite among the 10 women birthday celebration as well as her "cherry lifesaver". The staff took extra care to make sure me and my guests had a memorable time and I got tons of compliments on my choice of venue. I would be completely confident in scheduling another event at Lucky Jacks!
