“Both times we have visited this restaurant, there has been a fairly long line, but the service was quick, so the wait was not too long. The employees were upbeat & courteous, without seeming artificial. I only wish there was some polite way to dissuade people from claiming a table while their party is waiting in line.....several tables were occupied by a lone individual on their phone, clearly holding a table for their group, while other patrons who had already waited in line and had their food, had nowhere to sit.”

Events are frequently held downstairs (trivia, occasional performances, even a burlesque show) but the space is not well designed for an audience. “Very well designed place. Definitely gives off the “tavern” vibe and overall feels nice to be in. Unfortunately attending in the evening is difficult as the lighting is quite poor. In some of the window booths I had to strain my eyes to just read the menu. I understand the reasoning behind it but I think it’s a little too dim. The food was alright, although one member of my party had a burger that tasted as though it was cooked on a dirty grill. Luckily the service was fine and we were even accommodated a brighter table setting when ours was too dark. Apart from the food and setting, the place was kept clean and the bathrooms were as well.”

“I ate here on a Friday evening with my daughter and my nephew - both young adults. We ate outdoors on the patio, and a band was playing. We were were seated immediately, which surprised me because the place was busy. We shared three different types of sushi and the white tuna cerviche appetizer. All were excellent. This was some of the best sushi I have had, and I loved the creative combinations of ingredients. The restaurant offers some nice special cocktails, which I recommend trying. I had a plum old fashioned and the others had a gin drink. Both were very good. Service was prompt, but we did not feel rushed. A very nice evening!”

“Went here to grab some ice cream before heading to a show at the canopy. All I have to say is that maybe the store manager should have more than one person working the store in such a busy area! I mean don't get me wrong, the girl working was doing an amazing job, but she was the only one there and there were easily 10 customers that would form a line and she would have to help all of them! Staff more people, give the girl that was working a raise For the sake of reference I came in on March 15th 2019, between 6:43 pm and 7:24 pm. The employee working this day did an amazing job and was very calm and polite even while being by herself.”

“We walked in on a Friday night and were greeted right away. Ordered for takeout, got a mix of regular to specialty rolls. “I love this Dunkin Donuts. I enjoy coming in here not only for the great prices and amazing coffee, but for the service. The workers always make me feel special and ask about my day. Despite being extremely busy, they are friendly, kind, and efficient. They manage to keep the line moving while still providing individualized, great service. In particular, Rizwana has improved my experience here for the past three years. Whenever I come in, she goes out of her way to make my coffee perfectly even though it is sort of a high maintenance order, and she always smiles. This is my favorite coffee place!”
