They were out chocolate, the manager apologize and offered him to try the vanilla. She told him if wasn't happy with to let her know and would take care of. The man tried it and said it was good. The manager responded back with, I promise the chocolate will be fix by tomorrow. Now that's EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”
