The carnitas were good, it's not a big issue but the torta is not crisp but a bit soggy, so you would definitely have spillage from the sandwich lol. I ordered the King Crab bag with corn and sausages with their fiery seasoning. Not gonna hold you the bag was not as big as I was expecting. Finally opened it up hoping I was wrong but nah not enough food in the bag wasn't bagging for the price thou. Had one corn on the cob n two sausages plus the king crab...the fiery seasoning is bussin thou...really it's low-key fire 9.0. The king crab I mean I could be wrong but wasn't that big either 7.5. I did like that it came cracked half open which made it easier to eat. Overall, the place got potential hoping in time they'll be an neighborhood stable. 7.9”

Although there weren't enough servers, she did her best to take care of us and check on our table as best she could. The appetizers were good. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta, and my guy had the catfish platter. The presentation of the pasta dish was appealing and creative. It could have been more favorable. The bell peppers overwhelmed the taste of the dish and didn't have that slight bite of Cajun in it. My guy enjoyed the catfish platter and said it was tasty. I will go back to visit again to try my hand at something different. All in all, I had a good experience.”

And though the prices are higher for those platters, the serving portions are huge and the quality is great, making the price very understandable. The stuffed pineapple was amazing! A bit on the spicier side, if that's something you're worried about. Overall this is a great spot to go to for some great Mexican food, and you're also supporting a small business. Wins all around.”

The grill near the back is amazing!!! The food is tasty and they have some ready to go options as well. Prices are reasonable and by reasonable I mean a few other restaurants raised the price of a burrito to at or over $11 and theirs is still under $8 without sacrificing quality or size!!! Store selection is nice but remember it is a small market so they may not have everything you're looking for on hand. The store side has produce too and a decent variety as they were actually the only place I could find cactus pads for the longest!”
