“After reading several reviews I decided to give Stacks a try and was I presently surprised. I was the only customer there when I arrived but that changed very quickly. I received a warm welcome from the hostess and was seated promptly and informed my waitress would be Ashley. Ashley promptly served me coffee and I love that they leave the pot at the table. While placing my order, I inquired about the spicy sausage mentioned in a previous review. I ordered sausage with eggs, hash browns, wheat toast with a side of salsa. Let me just say, Ms. Picky was very impressed! Everything was prepared perfect but what stood out the most, they warmed the salsa. Ashley took the time to chat and mention some of her favorite things on the menu. Now, I have to go back to try her recommendations!!!! What a great experience!”

“I love the horchata here, it’s the best that I have had from Mexican restaurants around. Their red salsa is pretty good too, right amount of spice and flavor! Only thing is I wish the chorizo could be cooked a little more. Other than that it’s a very good place to eat. Also big thumbs up for customer service!”

“Used there online app to order and used the little kiosk to pick up my order very friendly very efficient the best part about this place is it's the only little Cesar's that I know of that has different options of ordering. And picking up. They have a drive through order online to pick up at the kiosk. Or just walk in and order. It makes going to get a quick cheap meal even easier. The customer service there is great as well everyone seems very pleasant! Highly recommend this location.”

My receipt was right but when I got home to eat I had cheese & egg croissant. I called and explain what happened. The manager told me to come in and they would take care of it. THEY DID!! “The McDonalds at Sauk Trail in South Chicago Heights has recently upped their game. They now have two drive-through lanes and have quicker service - they are even better with getting orders done correctly. The occasional short-term menu items helps broaden the menu from burgers and fries. I actually order the kids meal - hamburger, just enough fries to satisfy and healthier choices: apples, juice, yogurt, and a toy to pass along to Steger Intermediate Center's Cardinal's Nest of fun items which the children can 'buy' with good behavior 'cash.' “All the chicken is breaded, which disappointed me. (You can see I don't go there often.) I was hoping for that big mashed potato dish with grilled chicken. I opted for the potpie. The crust, which only covers the top, was delicious. A perfect combination of butter, sugar and flour, and all those other little things like baking soda. Crumbly, sweet. I ate it first. Then came the disappointment of seeing the pot part of the potpie. Half the aluminum bowl was empty. The chicken pot part was also delicious, just not enough, especially for somewhere around $5. Reasonably fast service. My only truly picky point was that the window lady left my plastic bag of supposedly hot food sitting at the open window. I watched the plastic bag crackling in the wind while she went to get my drink and receipt. I hoped my food wasn't going to be stone cold before I got back to my desk to eat it. It was still warm enough I didn't need to microwave it, but thank goodness I had a microwave available should I have needed it. You'll have to ask someone else about the breaded and fried chicken, although I imagine with KFC's long history and widespread availability, it should be delicious as well.”
