The service in this place is getting better but needs more improvement

I order tender meal, chicken littles and coleslaw. The food was good. They were short of servers, so I did have a wait. One of the servers had long nails and wore no gloves.

It would be 5 stars but they never have enough chicken made. Excellent service and staff!

The stars are more for the impression of friendliness of staff in recommending a meal to me. I hadn't tried this restaurants food in years so I picked the chicken and waffle combination. Waffle was tasteful and texture thick/fluffy. The combination with the chicken tenders would be better if the quality of tender breading was different. Too savory for the sweetness of the syrup with the waffles.

This particular KFC establishment has been around for more years than I could recall. The quality of the food is as expected but the cleanliness of the seating area and the kitchen has room for improvement. I tried the new waffle chicken sandwich combo and the potato wedges never disappoint but the chicken sandwich was bland. The waffle was bland, not even sweet , I'd prefer a regular bun. The chicken was good but the hot honey sauce was like Tabasco hot sauce where it smells spicy but there is no spiciness and you don't get a hint of honey, when you think about it it just tastes like Tabasco smelling water.
