    The administrators of the Southwest Cooperative wanted to personally thank all of our staff members for their hard work and dedication over the past year. We schedule Nicky V’s food truck to come to three locations over three days to provide an “all you can eat” lunch for the staff. Everyone loved the food! I’m still getting emails raving about it! Nick and his team were friendly and super fast on the grill. They were so accommodating to everyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any celebration. Nicky V’s will be seeing us again! Thanks!
