Starbucks

Good stuff. Wonderful staff. Slow, crowded drive through

Nice store, clean. Customers relaxing. Employees helpful and patient. I left a decent tip of over $2.00.

Starbucks is starbucks. We keep going back. Good just pricey.

This place used to be my favorite Starbucks hands down until my favorite barista took a leave and I stopped seeing the other baristas I know make wonderful drinks every time. I still go here as they are definitely better compared to the locations in Matteson and Flossmoor ?. Anyhow, my drinks are being made as a hit or miss. They always forget to make my caramel apple spice iced, sometimes my mochas aren't made properly, they leave off toppings(more recent incident in pictures), and the customer service now is a little weird with all the newer people in the morning. Food overall is good, but I have instances where it was 1 second from being inedible burnt and then not cooked enough.

I changed it from 5 stars to 4 for these reasons. There are still some good baristas there when I go but majority of the time I don't get them anymore and that's when my food and drinks are a hit or miss.

Got to give them a 5 star rating just for the service. Super friendly and accommodating. Jen was fantastic - she even suggested some places to visit in the area.
