Cantón Regio Mexican Steakhouse

Food was delicious and service was great. The band was extremely loud and the seating crowded. Would give the fifth star if they paid a little bit closer attention to their entertainment.

I came to this restaurant to celebrate my Fathers birthday. The waiter “Mario” was very rushed and I thought it was because it was pretty busy. He sat two parties after my family and he was more pleasant and patient with them. He only came to check on us once and I had to grab his attention to order something else. The food here is good but that unpleasant service left me not wanting to go back.

Fantastic food! Meat grilled to perfection. Great ambience (especially on Saturday nights when there is live music). It gets pretty busy on weekends so get there early or be prepared to wait for a table.

Also, it IS BYOB and cash only.

In a city with plenty of Mexican Restaurants this is hands down the best one I've been at. The food is amazing, is BYOB, and the prices are great. We live very far away from here, but is so worth the commute.

I’m taking two stars because they started charging 10$ for corkage and they don’t even itemize it on your bill. I think it’s way too much, specially for a cash only place. The main losers with this are the servers who, I’m sure, are going to get that out of their tips.

Nice find but bring cash - no CC accepted! Love the interior and ambience, especially the upstairs seating. The food is tasty without being overpowering. The portions are just right. Prices are reasonable. Service quick, staff friendly. Definitely will be back!
