Butterfly Sushi Bar

I decided to write a review after patronizing there restaurants for over 10 years. Consider this my long-term review. :) There's a reason why my family and I keep ordering from them... their food is amazing and fairly priced. They hold the top spot for Thai and Asian food options in the West Loop, in my opinion... hence the 5 starts. They can even make their dishes vegan. Dine-in or pick-up/order-out... the quality of food has always been very high and we've never been disappointed.

Awesome place! Great food, staff is always friendly! Even when it is packed they manage things very efficiently! Now the food...damn is it good!! Always taste fresh!

Butterfly is a cozy neighborhood sushi and Thai restaurant with something for everyone. Good selections for vegans and vegetarians and lots of sushi and noodle dishes with meat options. The only thing I'd change is to turn down the music. We ended up listening to the top 40 year-end dance music countdown at louder than pleasant volume.

Birthday dinner for my wife. Huge points earned this year. Did was amazing service was the same. Kids loved the glowing plates and radish. I think it was a radish? Anyway they ate it! Great spot for all.

Had a great experience here! I came here for dinner last week with a group of 20, and we had a great time. If you're coming with a big group, I recommend making a reservation in advance. The staff was very kind and accommodating to us. I love that Butterfly is BYOB, no corking fee. We all brought wine and beer, and ordered a bunch of different rolls & appetizers- the Spider roll was my favorite! Their sushi is great, and the presentation is better (see photos). Also, the prices are very reasonable. Keep up the great work team Butterfly!
