I have too many wonderful things to say about this place. It's the perfect size, feels cozy & familiar. The standard menu items are amazing, & they change things out seasonally. TALK TO YOUR SERVER & ask for for her recommendations. She will definitely guide you in the right direction.
And then come back in 2 weeks & try the things you had to skip. ;)
Really enjoyed my visit here! The food was delicious and I especially appreciated our server's willingness to help me with finding gluten free options. She was extremely helpful and made great suggestions about other options that my friend and I would like. I would definitely recommend Le Bouchon and hope to return soon.
Be prepared to wait even with a reservation. The food is worth the wait. The service is very french, lets put it this way hospitality is not their strong suit...let's face it is about the food. This resturant is very small with maybe 20 tables. So, it feels a bit tight. I would definitely go back but now I know what I'm in for, and Ill be prepared to wait as well as deal with a salty server.
Amazing. 5 people, ordered 3 appetizers and 4 main dishes. Every single thing was literally out of this world fabulous. The service was perfect. If you want a nice quiet experience, go elsewhere. It is very, very loud due to small size. We happened to love everything about the place.
We ordered their onion soup, escargot, duck for two and chocolate dessert. The onion soup was cheesy and the broth was delicious and the onions melt in your mouth. The escargot was also delicious and we used the butter they were brought in as bread spread because it was so good. The highlight of the night was the duck. It was perfectly cooked and the skin was crispy. It was served with gravy and cabbage side. Dessert was also surprisingly good. The serving size was not too small and it was heavy so we couldn't eat any more. We also had plenty of wine, asking the servers to pair whichever wine they thought best and plenty of French75 cocktails. I would definitely go back again!!
