Fantastic pizza. Has the great soft and chewy crust, yet it is baked to perfection so that it stands up to the toppings. Had one of the white pizzas - Look forward to a return trip for a red pizza next time!
I was surprised how much I liked the pizza, being a pizza capital in Chicago and then pacing yourself in the West loop making predominantly pizza is a bold move that certainly proves something. Seems like they figured it out. A little pricey for pizza but it is the West loop.
If you're looking for a great authentic Italian pizza, Forno Rosso is the place to go. Pizzas are made in a stone oven behind a counter for all to see. Service is great, and the chefs are also willing to answer any of your questions. For lunch, it's a nice chill place and at night it is very popular so it can get quite crowded. This is the best place for pizza in Chicago!
In a city with no shortage of pizza places, this casual spot definitely offers up a unique selection of great tasting pies! Serves thin pizzas that are far heavier than they let on! More traditional style at its core, but fuses with some modern spins, particularly a show stealer that includes truffle oil baked right into the crust that will keep you eating long after you're full!
Great outdoor patio for summertime but an inviting indoor space for you to enjoy year round.
Really good pizza. The crust was great with olive oil too. Only got 2 pizza and both came out really quickly. Nice staffs. The place smells really nice because of the oven, and you can see them make the pizza right there. Nice place with outdoor seatings all light up.
