Harold's Chicken Shack

I have tried several Harold’s in my lifetime and this is the best hands down. I travel from the south suburbs, bypassing other Harold’s for this one. The food is always fresh and has the taste I grew up on. It’s nice to know a restaurant where the quality and taste remains top notch!!☺️

This Harold’s is clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in this restaurant. You don’t get that odor of old cooking oil that is common to other fast food restaurants that use deep fryers. The food is fresh hot and cooked to order. The quality of the food, cleanliness and service are important to me. If you feel the same way this is your place!!

I must say!!! My every experience has been immaculate. The food is fresh, the service is pleasant, management is very professional and patient especially during the busiest moments. Whenever I’m in the area, this is my GO TO place.Thanks Harold’s #71 for your persistence and keeping my tummy happy. ????

Greatest service I’ve ever experienced at a black owned business in the city of Chicago! I had about 14 people with me all on the same tab. It was a young lady by the name is Kennedy. She was extremely patient with us also very pleasant and let us take our time. She also allowed us to taste some of the Harold’s sauce before we purchased it! I won’t lie I thought it was going to be a bad experience based on the reviews about the management but you don’t know until you go in and actually order! The young lady made sure we had everything we needed and the food was amazing! I wish we could get more people like her to work in establishments like this!
