(January 6, 2019, 3:35 pm)Regularly visit this location for years and they have never messed up my order or had excessive wait times. Staff is always friendly and they have a good rewards program if you use their mobile app.

I tried to tip the cashier and was told they didn't have tip jars because the workers "earned minimum wage already, so there was no need." From past working experience, I sometimes earned an extra dollar an hour due to tips, so I see no reason for why I shouldn't be able to show my gratitude to the Dunkin' service. Management should really rethink this callous decision
