    This place is awesome. It's a long wait but it's worth it for hot, fresh food. Spicy was my favorite!

    I agree with everyone that the service is awful and the wait is ridiculous. It is overpriced but hey, it's a navy pier - everything here is. Once you do get the chicken, all is good. It came out hot and crispy. They season it afterwards with a Cajun spice for some extra kick. Comes with a pickle and both hot and BBQ sauce. If they fixed the service and wait time, this would be a legit establishment in my opinion .

    I wasn't sure about ordering here when I saw the rough reviews but I'm glad I did. The staff were excellent on this visit. The two female cashier's were great and answered our questions about the menu. They helped us decide what to order and they were very friendly. The chicken sandwich was AMAZING. I do think it's the best I've ever had. The chicken strips were good as well. My only complaint is you don't get much food for your money. We still were hungry at the end of our meal. At the very least they should serve a larger portion of fries.
