Margaritaville Restaurant Chicago

We had my daughter's 26th birthday celebration here. Our waiter Jason was AWESOME, as well as the entire staff. OMG everyone was so nice, the hostess , the bartenders, the other waiters and waitresses,and the manager. What a wonderful experience we all had. Kudos to the cook also, because the appetizer trio was delicious. Thank you all for making our experience so memorable.

The 5 stars is for our amazing waitress Krystal!!! I was visiting in from Dallas and was having a great time and she literally made the visit if it was not for her we would have not enjoyed ourselves. The worst part was i was so happy with her so we wanted to tell the manager and he had no care what so ever he literally said oh she made you happy cool and just walked away im sorry that is not okay. Thank you Krystal for making a wonderful experience and hopefully have better management!

The staff, atmosphere, food, and drinks was awesome. I called to reserve space for my Daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. I wasn't expecting a private room and they didn't rush us to leave on a Sunday night. They took care of everything and we all had a great time. I recommend this establishment to family, friends, and co-workers.

The staff was nice. We got 2 different salads & frozen adult drinks. Meat on both salads was yummy & it was a good portion size, but when we walked out we realized we could have gotten the southwest salad at McDonalads across from it & enjoyed it just as much but for less money. The "perfect margarita" was SO small for $10. In general, everything is painstakingly overpriced & mediocre.
