The Fat Shallot Lincoln Park

I love this restaurant. The food serving is pretty generous. The taste is amazing, especially the truffle BLT. The staff is also friendly. One time, we were curious on one of the appetisers and the staff gave us a sample for us to taste.

Great little place. Comfy Dinner feel that goes well with the food truck comfort style food. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Love all their food! Especially the grilled cheese! Customer service is great as well. I made the bonehead move and didn't request my grilled cheese without onions and greens. However they were super chill about it and replaced with no worries. Some may say this place is pricy but you definitely get what you pay for.

Brick and mortar for a food truck of the same name. It’s got a lot going for it, including location and a relaxed, easy vibe. Portions for the sandwiches are massive, and while they’re expensive they’re quite affordable if you go with the intention to split one. I had the pulled pork, which was OK. The meat was good, but the coleslaw was super peppery and there simply wasn’t enough of it. But I’ve heard the Ruben and the fries are quite good.

I can’t wait to go back.

I ordered the Turkey, sans bacon, to go. The lady I ordered from was really friendly and brought my sandwich out pretty quickly. Obviously they make everything to order. The turkey was served warm while the salad was chilled. Seriously so good. The ingredients are really nice quality. I wanted to gorge myself and eat the entire thing. But I decided to save half so I could convince my boyfriend how great The Fat Shallot is.
