The crepes were good! I ordered for delivery but they didn’t send me utensils. Bummer!

We ordered breakfast sandwiches and drip coffee. The coffee was strong, just the way we like it. The space was comfortable for conversation or work.

It's really a fantastic place. You must go.
The environment takes you off the streets of Chicago and transports you to a different world.
The croissants are perfect. Everything a croissant should be. The flake, stretch, body, taste, chewiness. Perfect. It skipped my stomach and went straight to my heart. I've traveled over Europe and the are some of the best I've had.
The coffee is wonderful there and I have on good authority that the quiche is really good.
I'll be returning to try the pastries and I'm most excited for the macaroons (macarons?). Given how well done everything else is, I can't imagine being anything less than wonderful.

I LOVE LA BOULANGERIE! The bread is amazing! Their 7 grain is so moist and tasty. Almond Croissants are my favorite and theirs are the best anywhere. The sandwiches are fresh and really fresh and has all the elements I love. Then there is the Napoleon. they had a sample and I went back over the weekend to have one. Perfect treat! The outside seating is a great place to talk with a friend and share a meal. I highly recommend.
