Delicious flavorful burger. Helpful staff, very attentive. Orders are placed on the register and are brought to the table.

Clean, yet mall seating area, tables are close together.

An absolute must-try for all burger lovers!

I've had many a burger in my life. After all, I am what many have called a "picky eater". I like to consider myself a man of selective taste. So when I say that this place makes one of the best burgers in the country, I'm not trying to push some sort of burger agenda. Well, I'm pushing THIS burger agenda. That said, I tried this place by accident several years ago and it was the best accident I've ever had.

Between all the options, the freshest ingredients, and all the TLC given to every burger, you really can't go wrong with this place. You could get the plainest burger there and it would still be better than your favorite burger. There are no words to describe the experience of eating the burger, but the best part is remembering it the minutes, hours, days and months after.

Don't even get me started on the custard milkshakes and french fries.

Ordered the house blend beef burger. Asked for medium and it definitely came out under. Paid for truffle mayo as a premium topping and the amount was skimpy, expected more for having to pay $1.25 extra. I could not really taste the spice I ordered which was the onion soup and I found myself having to add salt. Seating a bit cramped in the restaurant. Overall flavor of burger was decent but definitely inferior to Au Cheval, probably won’t be back.

Definitely in my running for Chicago's best burger. From the humble 10$ american burger to the 20$ bison burgers i don't anything to complain about. Fries were good, ordering was easy, and the customization you can have make coming back easy. Prices were OK in my book. Very fair for the area. I'd return but I wouldn't bring a large group of friends unless it was the summer.

A deli like atmosphere with a coffeehouse vibe! Clean and cozy but an antique theme. Amazing food! My husband-a farmer who raises beef-said it was good! We did not have to wait long and the food was reasonably priced. Just a short distance from DePaul.
