    Great staff, always providing service with a smile. I placed a large order right before they closed during the Polar Vortex, and they put everything together without complaint.

    At 2 pm on a Saturday they were “out of milk”. Therefore I could not buy a smoothie. If milk was a rare commodity then I could understand. What’s next? Did they run out of bread?

    Update: Associate Manager of this location offered me two free smoothies! Thanks Potbelly! They have COMPLETELY REDEEMED THEMSELVES!????????????

    Sales person was very helpful. Sándwich was great. Great place to bring the little for shake my grand babie love it. Sale person was great in taking her order.
