Do yourself a favor and stop in for the great pints and food and music.
Family friendly pub.
By far one of the most authentic Irish pubs in Chicago. The daily food and the monthly beer specials are hard to beat. All the food I've tried here, although pub food, is very good.
Had some fish & chips. It was what I would expect for a quick bite at a local tavern. Will be back for a couple of pints.
They have Good food. I go here every once and while with Irish friend of mine, who was born in Ireland. I had fish and chips, actually it was fries. It was very good, and we went on a Friday so it was all you can eat fish. I didn't eat all of it, so I had some to take home with me. My friend got the Irish breakfast, with tea and said that it was good. The down side to this place is that it is very small and can get crowded. The service can be iffy, on Friday because most times the staff is behind the Bar, serving people drinks. It gets very loud and it is very hard to have a conversation with someone when it's so loud. I would recommend sitting in a booth closer to the door! Even though it is cold outside and get draft, you have better chance of hearing the person/people you are with. Overall great place to go, just dont go on a Friday, sit closer to the door, and definitely get the Fish and chips!!! ????
My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite and a few drinks, just to check out the atmosphere, after having just moved in to the neighborhood. Other than it being a little pricier than expected, the food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the restrooms clean. Great place to unwind from a date or to watch a game.
