Very nice (not exactly cozy) ambience. Wellington beef was excellent, but wife's risotto was a bit lacking in the flavor department. Enjoyable dinner overall.
Great food, Phenomenal service and nice ambience. It's my first time stop by here and I can't wait to come back. Food here were really good, especially the beef wellington which was so tender and flavorful. The garlic bread served before the meal was nice as well. The appetizer and dessert were okay/above average. In short, great food and service at reasonable price.
Extra: The interior are elegant and modern that made me felt comfortable. However, it'd be even better/fancier if the tables are covered with tablecloth.
Loved it! Wonderful food and cocktails. Server (Lynn) and staff were ultra attentive, helpful and friendly. Well it's on the fancy side it's not pretentious. Great experience...a new favorite!!!
Had a great experience on a Wednesday evening. The cocktails at the bar were great. Our server was very good, knowledgeable and friendly. We had the caviar service which was very reasonable for a low price service. We ended up doing the restaurant week menu - the tuna tartare with homemade chips was very good, the duck and beef Wellington we great and the desserts were simple but good.
Excellent service and the quality of the food is fantastic. I highly recommend it. While it's an old Chicago institution, they have done a great job of blending the historical lore and character with a hip, modern vibe. Really good job of blending the old and new. Will gladly go back often.
