Ambassador Chicago

I had lunch in the library. The atmosphere was cozy, comfortable and romantic. The fireplace was incredible and invited you into the room. The food was great. I can't wait to bring my friends here for lunch.

Nothing spectacular about this place. The valet and the front desk lady were both very friendly. I do believe the valet wither smoked in my car or on the way to pick my car up. The hotel could use some work. I felt like all the furniture and even the toilet were made for short people. The bathroom was very small and the sink was rammed up against the toilet. The plumbing sucked. By the end of my shower I was ankle deep in water. Cleanliness isn't a top priority either which is evidence in chipped glaze in the tub and the disgusting vent. I would not return to this hotel.

Beautiful clean sleek yet cozy rooms! Staff is wonderful! Lobby, lobby bar, and Booth One are beautiful with delicious drinks and food! A favorite spot of ours in Chicago when we want a staycation! If you want to feel glamorous—here’s your place to stay without breaking the bank! Perfection!
