This is not your typical rustic brewery, this is a whole different experience. This brewery had a modern look, sophistication, and highly educated individuals as workers. The tour was a pricey $20 but we did get to keep this awesome glass. Our guide was informative in the brewing process and history. The master brewer/baker wife duo have created a one of a kind experience. Her chocolate cakes were a beautiful piece of art and looked decadent. The beers were all different and all had wonderful exotic flavor. The brew masters seemed to be highly educated on the art (just check that massive bookcase of beer books in the main restaurant). We were all able to get something different in our group of 8. This brewery seems to be on the rise across the globe so it is a sure stop to make if you are in the area.
Went with a group of 8. Everyone sat comfortably. Nice vibe, high ceilings let me hear my conversations, fire going. We had a wonderful veggie sandwich, cheese platter, and oysters. Everything was great. Will certainly be back.
Great service. Good beer. Amazingly delicious baguette. Thanks David
This is not just a brewery. Moody Tongue is an awesome culinary experience. I went here on a first date with my now fiancee. We had the chocolate churro porter and the amazing chocolate cake. Thanks to them, I am no longer alone in life.
Moody tongue has really grown since I first started seeing their beer on shelves. Many of their beers are complex and take one step above your average styles of beers. I love that their beers deliver on the flavor the beers is named upon. The taproom itself is very elegantly done. It’s nothing like your typical taproom that’s usually a more industrial look. You could almost say the space looks likes like brewery hidden behind a fine dining restaurant. This is a really great spot, make sure to check out LoRez just down the street too if you’re looking for that industrial laid back style taproom with equally good beer.
