Fat Chris's Pizza and Such

Loved the Detroit style pizza. The thick crust, great cheese and vandalized edges are wonderful. If you have not had Detroit style pizza you should try it!

Two words: pizza buffet! The lunch buffet goes until 2:30, and although they only put out a few pizzas at a time (Detroit and traditional styles), they take requests as well. If you're not looking to stuff yourself, they also have a great set-up for slices (traditional style). You can add whatever toppings you want, and it's ready in a few minutes. I wish more pizza joints would offer this.

It's a no-frills kind of place, but it's clean and the staff is great.

My first time trying Fat Chris'. I picked up my order. First impression; the restaurant is like going to a friend's house for pizza and hanging out. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming. The detroit pizza very good. Crunchy crust with right amount of sauce down the middle. Also, got the cheese pizza sticks which were very good as well. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great Detroit style pizza. Came with my wife recently late afternoon on our way back to Chicago after a funeral service up north. The crispy crust on the outside of the pizza is really nice. I cannot speak to their thin crust, but the Detroit style was something that will make us repeat customers. Recommended.
