The Jibarito Stop is delicious. My favorite thing to get is the fritter sample and a shrimp empanada. The food has authentic flavors and the ambiance is comforting. The food is definitely recommended.
Great food. Great customer service. The place is always packed when I go there. That's a good sign
I had never had a jibarito before this visit, but this was a very good first experience! It's a fast-casual setup, where you order/pay at the counter and they bring out your food. I ordered the chicken jibarito with rice and beans. I was worried that the fried plantains would be too sweet, but they had a great savory flavor and crunchy texture. I can't wait to go back again soon.
Seriously, I need you to understand how DELICIOUS this place is. I need you to just imagine the crispy garlic plantain bookending mounds off goodness. Please don't take my word for it, try it. One bite and I assure you, you will return. Oh and don't forget to get the fruit juice!!! I wish I wasn't such a foodie but places like these are hard to ignore.
Yum! So worth the stop. The empanadas are authentic and delicious. The staff is friendly the sauces are all worth a try. I like the shrimp.. But the beef wins hands down.
Try the rice you will be back for more.
