A favorite local spot. Good sushi. Good 4 lunch. Just tried very tasty ramen (dinner $13) Small but good selection of beers, wine by glass and Saki ( good Saki sampler).
I love this place! The food was great quality (we got fried calamari, which is the best I've ever had, beef teriyaki, and coconut almond toasted creme brulee) and I would definitely go back! The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the ambiance!
I love this place! I used to live in the neighborhood and shopped at Whole Foods up the street and found it hard to resist every time I went grocery shopping. The lunch special is such a great deal. I like that they offer Thai and sushi versions of the lunch special. The sushi is really good. I love the tempura sweet potato roll. It's ridiculous. The thai food is good too. I really do not have anything bad to say aside from I wish I still lived closer.
The Thai food was tasty and the rolls were great. The chef that cut the rolls should sharpen his blade, the seaweed came out jagged and torn. We heard great things about indie so we were expecting a lot. The customer service was meh, our waiter was on his phone a few times. The decor was very nice, and we enjoyed the art.
I had the yellow curry and my friend had the red curry. We usually get sushi but it was a rainy night and the curry dishes are big, spicy, warm bowls of comfort food. Delicious! The yellow is really hot but I love it. The red is better if you want something a little milder. Service was great and the wine is inexpensive.
