Community Tavern

Our visit to the Community Tavern was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, the booze selection appealed to my tastes, and to food was genuinely fantastic.

It's unfortunate that I'm not local because this is a place I will return to.

Great service, great drinks. Lots and lots of kimchee on the menu. I don't really like kimchee, so I felt like it narrowed the menu for me. Brussel Sprouts were fantastic.

Very cozy, atmospheric place. The food is great and interesting combinations. It is clearly marked whether it's gluten free or vegan. The drinks are interesting and there's a good wine and beer list. Friendly staff and good music that isn't too loud.

The best restaurant in the area hands down. An expert chef that makes some of the best dishes I've ever had and actually expanded my palate and appreciation for quality food and ingredients. I used to be a picky eater. Now I know it was due to my lack of understanding of what good food was. Community also pairs all their dishes with the perfect wine. I just have to add something about the expertly crafted cocktails and extensive spirits selection. I never leave dissatisfied. I don't review much but I just had to for Community Tavern. A must try local place.

Community Tavern has quickly become a favorite thanks to their well executed Korean inspired dishes at reasonable prices. Their cocktails are top notch, too. And the service is great. All without being pretentious. I highly recommend the kimchi mussels.
