(September 19, 2018, 4:54 pm)I just left Ice Bar and I don't think I've ever had good service at the airport until today. This is my first review I've ever wrote and I'm writing it because my service was absolutely above 5 star exceptional. My server, whose name I wrote down, Jacquelyn Short, made my layover at O'Hare seem like a day at the park. I hope she sees this cause I just wanted to say THANK YOU AGAIN.
