The BEST steak I've ever eaten bar none! The service was stellar, atmosphere seems more like an airport restaurant than a hotel restaurant, however it's very cozy. The prices are what was expected for the Hyatt downtown Chicago.

Great breakfast with Manuel making great omelet s but lunch and dinner terrible. Walk over to the Palm restaurant in Swiss hotel which is fabulous.

A lot of comments in hear seem to be about breakfast. We had lunch and this was a really quality meal. They are doing real cooking and were able to make adjustments for gf with no problem with most items. We had succulent baked fish with real southern collard greens.

I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but our food was very good and our server was very attentive.
My wife chose the chicken noodle soup for an app and it was delicious. She also had the pasta bolognese which was excellent. I had the baby back ribs and the half rack was more than I could eat. The mixed vegetables and creamy grits were also delicious.
