I visit this Starbucks almost every morning and it's always a great experience! All of the baristas are great, and they remember my name and order which I love. I can't speak highly enough of this Starbucks, in my opinion, it's one of the best in the city!
They always have my coffee order on-time and accurate whether I order in-person or on the app. My only critique is that the heat in the store always seems to be set to 100F and I am always sweating by the time I leave.
During this pandemic going to my local Starbucks has been one of the few things that has made my day to day be some what normal to pre-Covid. On top of that the manager Kate makes it even better. Every time I have interacted with her the past few months she always goes out of her way to say hi or strike up a conversation not only with myself but with everyone she seems to interact with. She always has a smile on her face and positive attitude that is contiguous! its small things like this that have helped get through the gloomy days during this pandemic and made some bad days into good ones. Thanks Kate!
Drinks are always good but service depends on who is working. There is one employee who comes to mind- she always addresses you by name, is so kind, thanks you for your purchases, whether she is ringing you up or handing you your drink. And she always says to have a great day. She goes above and beyond. Then there are some employees who act confused when you ask for the small or medium, who are kind of rude for no reason, and will then mess up your order after reading it back to you and just say “my bad” across the bar when you say that wasn’t what you ordered.
