    The flavor is good. The quantity is pretty good, but the actual ribs could have been meatier. Too many bones and hard pieces. I'm going to give it another try though

    AMAZING rib tips! This place is a must if you're on the far south side! They were fairly busy when I visited, and I think I know why! They don't have a dining room here, but I just ate in the car! Speaking of which, they do have a parking lot, and it's right off I-57(as the name implies). I'll be back next time I head that direction (I live on the north side, but I occasionally visit the south side/suburbs).

    Certainly the best rib tips on the South Side. Meaty, smokey, juicy with fries soaking in bbq sauce. The mild sauce is tangy but not too spicy. Hot links are hot but won't beat you to death. Let me tell you that there is a wait here; so get comfortable or try to phone your order ahead. I never was smart enough to do this but I am a relaxed short of guy and don't mind the wait. Wings, Turkey, fish and shrimp are also on menu.
