Cafe Trinidad

I initially gave this place 1 star. I had the veggie Roti twice. Each time the flavor was bland and the roti fell apart easily, I’m guessing because of the juice from the veggies. Also the cucumber side dish always came SALTY, and I’m a salt lover.

I usually go for the other Roti place in that building, but they were closed. I HAD to have a roti, so I decided to try a Goat roti from here and I’m glad I did. The flavor was nice, the roti stayed put. I also had the mixed veggies side dish and it was good (although it was very juicy). I’ll eat there again.

Mannn I been rocking with restaurant since they were on 75th YEARRSSS back and tan transferred to 47th baby !! Those curry crab and dumplings 🥹🥹TO DIE FOR! And those I believe grilled shrimp as the appetizer…bursting with flavors DONT sleep on them

This is the only Trinidad food I have ever had but I found it to be tasty the 3 times i've been here. I have experienced some glitches when I order online but overall I would say it is worth trying. I usually get the Rotis.

Doubles were outstanding. Miss these so much.
