Califlower Pizza (Rockwell)

So my oven broke just as i was about to bake my own frozen cauliflower pizza 🙃 instead of going for my other unhealthy go-to's i took a chance to see if cauliflower pizza was available for delivery anywhere, and considering this is chicago, figured chances were low. This place was fast, affordable, and upon looking at their website they're conscious of the calories, carbs, etc! Plus the pizza was AMAZING. They didn't skimp on the cheese and the pizza had an overall new-york style crust vibe. Bravo 👏👏👏

UPDATE: I ordered the Sweet Goat pizza, and it was devine! The thin crust was the perfect texture, and the taste of sweet potato and goat cheese were delicious! I ordered again the Korean BBQ Cauliflower Wing because I enjoyed it the first time around (see below). Delivery was always quicker than the ETA.

I ordered last week the Korean BBQ Cauliflower Wings, and they were delicious! Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and sauced. I tend to not do spicy foods, but the tangy taste of the wings was just right. I also ordered the strawberry basil chia, and I saved it for breakfast. It was perfect for a summer morning and refreshing. The texture and the taste were just right. The portions of both were worth the price, and all of the packaging were green-friendly and thoughtful. As a person who eats plant-based food, I am happy to find a place that caters to my diet. I cant wait to order one of their pizzas soon!

Vegan options (and non-vegan options) and fast delivery. Cauli crust was crispy and delicious.
