Cheesies was delicious! We went on a pretty slow day and had the best service. Our waiter was extremely friendly, chatty, and gave us great recommendations. The cocktails are also pretty cheap and super good too!

The bartender was able to make a virgin drink on the spot for me that went well with the sandwich of the month. Food came fast even though it was Friday night, and was a great combo. I appreciated that the TVs showed different things - A League of Their Own on a couple, sports on others, something else on others.

I wasn't sure what to expect when coming here. I was pleasantly surprised. The grilled cheese was great. I got the one that's like a Philly cheese sandwich and sweet potato fries. I'll definitely be back. They have fried pb&j sandwiches that I really want to try.

Cheesie’s is one of my absolute favorite spots in the city. Great drinks, incredible food and good staff. I wouldn’t necessarily complain about the service, but just be prepared to be patient during the busy hours. Nice staff.

Look. If you're a local, you probably won't have your first time here sober. And it will be some of the best drunk food you've ever had.

When you do come back sober, though, it's still going to be delicious. Exactly what it says on the label; good, fast, grilled cheese and fried food. Don't expect anything fancy, and you will always be pleasantly surprised at how good your meal is. Don't sleep on the fried pickles.
