With all due respect, Sir, Mr. Waller please check on your business. I live in the pullman area and was excited to have my favorite restaurant within blocks of my home, but come on 😞. I typically frequent this place weekly and will honestly say that my order is wrong EVERY TIME! AND, I've now paid 3 different prices for the same meal. Im not sure how that happens!!! Im reluctant to order at the drive through because I would hate to get home and have to add or remove condiments to a burger I payed $10+ for. And I always cringe when the manager ask the cooking staff if they added condiments to the order that im clearly requesting because it wasnt added. Train the staff to place the orders correctly, train the cooking staff to read the monitors correctly, train the manager in customer services. If there were simple words to describe my experiences im always gassed and disappointed. I gave 3 stars because the food is always hot and the facilities are clean.

Went here a week after they open. Service was fast, I even forgot to order some with my previous order and everything came up at the same time. I went to check my order like I usually do and everything was was correct. Definitely we be visiting this location more because it’s 8 minutes away from and I don’t have to travel all the was to the 95th Kedzie location.

Fast and friendly services. Food was correct. Good job Culver’s!!!
