(April 13, 2024) I went with my husband and children, the new place is really nice, you feel welcomed from the moment you cross the door. The food is really good, and the portions are very generous. The flags they put on top of the food are really cute, my kids loved it! I must say when the murals are completely done it will look amazing! I recommend this place 1000%

(September 28, 2023) I ordered for takeout and the process was really smooth. The place is clean and the atmosphere is great. The person who took my order was very attentive and polite from the moment he took the call to the moment I left the restaurant with my order. I will definitely come back.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend everything on the menu because it was savory and delicious. The servings are generously filling. Loved the ambiance, the music, and decorative Honduran souvenirs.

I am THRILLED about finding this gem of a restaurant 💎 The Pollo Guisado was TO DIE FOR. Seriously one of THE most flavorful dishes I’ve EVER had in my 32 years of existence… It came with white rice, black beans, avocado, queso duro, and plantains! Yes, there are bones, but that’s definitely what adds to the flavor and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Hands down the best Honduran food in Chicago! The owner and staff were absolutely kind and the portions are huge! It was well worth the hour drive! We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I are in town for the weekend, we were so excited to see a Honduran restaurant close by as where we live there’s nothing close! We came Sunday and ate and fell in love with how authentic the food tastes, it made him feel like he was home again! Now it’s Tuesday and we had to come back and order more pastelitos before we left town! The service was amazing and an overall great experience. We will definitely be coming back.
