This is a great dining concept. Upscale cafeteria style + amazing variety + quality. Variety spans from massive salad bar to sushi to polish sausage to buffalo meatballs to fresh sandwiches to wine. Everything looked and tasted great. My friend is gluten free- excellent labeling of the food and many options for her. She loved the popovers. Prices were appropriate for the quality.
Fast, Good and inexpensive.
If you're a fan of hot bars there is plenty to like here. Despite hit bars being a fairly terrible value for the money I am very thankful for hot bars due to my myriad of food restrictions. Hot bars give me the option of getting a little of this and a little of that and I enjoy the variety. There is a healthy variety of sandwiches and salads along with other refrigerated food stuffs to fill your belly and a tantalizing selection of chocolates to tickle your fancy. There are wines and a well-curated drink selection but if you're looking for ambiance you will have to create your own.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on a Saturday morning while visiting Chicago. Breakfast food prepared very well. Hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Excellent breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, cheese. Too big for me to finish. Fresh fruit. Pineapple tasted like they had just cut it up. Many food choices for a great breakfast that will please most people.
