    Stopped by on the way out of the mall just as it was closing. As an out of state customer I was curious and looked at flavors. As I was doing so, a female employee told me they were closed even though the mall wasn’t closed yet. I told her they needed to flip the sign and that’s when what seemed like the manager stepped in and told us they absolutely would take our order. Five stars for the dough, and five stars for the manager that stepped in. Was highly pleased with our visit and will be coming back the next time we make a trip to Chicago.

    Tried the brookie, it was good, could use more chocolate flavor. Giving 5 stars b/c guy at the counter at our 7pm today was calm, courteous, helpful and did a great job working with me and the customer next to who had 3 kids with him.

    If there is a way to link your payment app to tips, please do. I didn't have cash for tip but would have left one if cashless option existed
