    We went as a family to celebrate our daughter finishing the semester strong and because she's turned us all into fans of Gordon Ramsey. On any vacation we look for his restaurants. First and foremost customer service is the BEST even with the crowd, the masks, & music the team from entering the door till you leave is GREAT, the atmosphere is lively, and the menu is simple but has something for everyone from drinkers to non drinkers, meat eaters to vegans. The experience was all around great.

    As soon as I heard Gordon Ramsay Burger opened I immediately ran, not walked, and formed a queue before opening. Once inside, the space was quaint, clean, albeit a smidge small. Onion ring appetizer for the presentation but truffle fries were definitely the star of the sides (don't expect Heinz ketchup sauce this stuff is fresh). The burgers, Hells Kitchen Burger and Farmhouse Burger, were bussin (as the kids would say). Don't expect a glob of grease in the form of a burger, this stuff is fresh, medium (how I like my meat), and you can clearly taste all of the flavors (especially the Jalapeno which added a very nice kick). If you are expecting an out of this world burger for the high price you are paying, you will not find it here, but if you want a great burger and a nice experience in River North, Gordon Ramsay Burger is a must.

    Decor: comfortable, wooden, and clean

    Menu: great burgers, truffle fries are a must - try the house made ketchup

    Staff: so friendly! It was day one so they are still working out the flow but they are great.

    Downside: the side door - opens too often with people coming in and out which adds a cold gust of wind -- not ideal for Chicago winters

    LOVED the restaurant. Staff is super friendly. Very accommodating. Loved the Euro Burger and homemade ranch with fries 🤤. Highly recommended, and so happy that Gordon picked Chicago! Nelson was great!!

    It's an absolute gem of a place. Everything is reasonably priced but the quality over-delivers. Ask for Eddie as your waiter, he is the BEST waiter in Chicago!!!!
