Mustard Seed Kitchen

Virtue is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago, so had to check out the fast casual version! The fried chicken sandwich is incredibly good - probably the best one I’ve had in Chicago - and uses dark meat like any good chicken sandwich should. Would highly recommend.

Delicious! Say Cheese, Jive Turkey both with the seasoned mayo were amazing. Possibly the best turkey burger we've had! Also had Chicken Gumbo and chicken tenders. I'd echo another reviewers take that it's not a "typical" chicken tender still delicious though! Can't wait to try the entrees as well.

The salmon rested on a bed of creamed corn that I could've also enjoyed as solo dish. Everything complimented one another, the asparagus was perfectly cooked and had the right amount of crispness. The salmon was scrumptious. The cornbread with the honey butter was an add on but was just as good with the entire meal. Portions were great and I was very pleased after trying Mustard Seed. Looking forward to ordering again soon.

Just had chicken tenders and 2 Say Cheese burgers with bacon. All 3 items came with more than enough fries. Loved the crunchy breading on the tenders. Burgers were BIG and juicy. Well done! Thank you Alejandro and crew!

My first visit was a great one. Service was great. I was allowed to sample the gumbo which was quite tasty, but I ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Tender. Juicy. Flavorful wih good portions. I will be back and encourage you to give it a try as well.
