Roots Handmade Pizza- Old Town

The staff is AmAzInG!!! Everyone had a great attitude making the atmosphere on point! The tap selection is extensive. The server helped me sign up for the members rewards which gives you a free shot of hard, warm apple cider. Fight the urge to take it down in one gulp! Sip slowly and savor the flavor! Burke was so helpful finding the perfect spot for outing and all staff were abiding by the new restaurant standards/changes due to Covid. The second floor was superb! The open roof top created a great vibe. Having sports on each TV was definitely a plus for our group! Awesome place! Check it out!

Place was empty took a hour for the food to arrive came around 3 in the after noon food came at 4:30 ordered calamari & 2 pizzas. Calamari was decent. Pizza is similar to Pizza Hut if you’re in a rush Not the place to go. Inside is roomy outdoor & indoor dining. Waiters are nice but don’t move with a sense of urgency

Great atmosphere. Heather was our server and she was nice and checked in on myself and two family members every so often. The pizza and mozzarella sticks were sooooo good. Great drinks as well!

Good overall experience. I was there for work with a large group and the service was very friendly and attentive. The cheese sticks are humongous and so good. I wasn't a fan of the southwest salad as it was too bland for my taste. The pizza isn't Chicago deep dish but it is good. The way they cut it makes it hard to eat (I like to fold my pizza) but the flavor is there. Didn't knock my socks off but I would probably go back.
