Just opened 2 days ago and already perfect. We sampled 3 types of pizza and crust and all argued over which was the best. Love the iconic Old Town location. Highly, highly recommend. We will come back often!!

Pound-for-pound the best pizza in Chicago. Elite tavern-style, elite New York-style and what should be the culinary standard of Grandma-style pizza. With every bite, you can taste how much Tony cares about making delicious food. Knocked the atmosphere out of the park too.

Had a wonderful experience dining at Professor Pizza! All of the staff were polite and fun including Mark and our server Jake. The food... wow! The grandma crust was something I hadn't tried before but I'm a big fan. Super crunchy and flavorful. The deluxe pepperoni was so good. My favorite though was the "carciofi e spinaci" (spinach and artichoke dip). I could sit down and eat just that and be happy. Definitely try the tomato martini for something different and delicious!
