Shang Noodle & Asian Small Plates

This is an Asian Fusion (tailored to American taste) restaurant, not the place if you are looking for authentic Chinese, Taiwanese or Korean food. Personally I think the taste of food was very average. Okay for a quick bite. I do think the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Probably the best Calamari we've had in years and the Shrimp Shumai did not disappoint.
We followed with Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup and Seafood Jjampong soup, both absolutely delicious especially for a extremely cold winters night.
Definitely worth a try

Loved the food! My bf and I shared a Chow Mein for lunch. It was the perfect amount to share for two and so flavorful. I also ordered an egg drop soup for myself. It totally exceeded my expectations. Most egg drop soups I've ordered in other restaurants are very simple, but theirs had so much flavor to it with the additional ingredients to the soup.

We were staying at the hotel above the restaurant and I decided to have my partners 39th birthday here & I am so thankful we took the chance. The wait staff is incredible! The food was amazing! My partner ordered the lobster noodle soup. Lobster was fresh and the broth was very refreshing. We had the barbecue steamed buns to start which were so tasty. They even made me a simple avocado and rice roll which was not on the menu. Then to top it off they brought out a candle with the dessert and sang happy birthday as we gradually were finishing our bottle of champagne. It was perfect! Just perfect! Thank you shang noodle! Thank you!

Shang's is absolutely outstanding! The ingredients are super fresh. The service is top notch! The ambiance is perfect. So many small touches make this restaurant a place to return to! The fusion of Chinese and Japanese flavors on the menu is so nice to see. We enjoyed every single thing about our visit and will definitely return multiple times to experience more culinary treats from the diverse menu.
