It's close to my job. When ordering mobile wait a least 10 minutes. During peak times it is really busy, and you'll have to wait.

Went at around 5 pm when things can get busy. The group I was a part of had around 12 people, and the drinks were served promptly, all correct, and the hot macchiato I ordered was prepared perfectly despite the pressure of our big group. Wonderful experience!

They had decent music playing throughout the entire night which was cool.
The appetizers were amazing and the overall taste of our food was actually very enjoyable

I am always conflicted about this location. On the one hand, I never had an instance where my drink order was wrong, and the staff always greets you with a smile. But, this location is notorious for super long waits on orders, especially those placed on mobile app. I understand that morning rush hour is what it is - but the store should better manage the online ordering, especially since it can be turned off if there is a huge backlog. On this visit, it took close to 20 minutes for me to get a simple Venti Blonde. That's why 3 stars.
