The San-Wich

The San-Wich is a HIT!!!! The Birria Tacos, Sassy Steak, the Big Pug, Lele Choppa, the Gabini Panini, the Gammy B Bagel all are amazing. Oh and let's definitely not forget the Chicago Classic Sweet Steak. Now let's talk about the Drinks, Peach Pineapple, the Lemon Ade, the Hood Grape (which is my favorite) and the Blue M'fer all will have you coming back for more. Don't forget to add Strawberries to them. I can promise you this, you better stop by the San-Wich now because it's a matter of time better the lines start getting super long, not to mention when the food media starts to check them out. The San-Wich is directly across the street from Garrett's Popcorn on 87th & Cottage. The Chicago Food Takeover has begun here!!! Please also keep in mind that certain items in the menu tend to sell out and won't be available until the next day. Example, the Birria Tacos meat takes quite a few hours to cook. Therefore once it's gone for that day, it's gone. Other items on the menu are always available but just always call first and check to see if what you would like to order is available.

First time coming to The San-Wich today and it was a wonderful experience! Customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The sandwich I got (the Sassy Steak) was absolutely delicious and very filling! The "smiles on faces" drink was very good also. Thank you all again for such a great experience first time around!😊

The food is soooo good. I had the sassy steak the first time and got the LeLe Choppa the second time. Chef's kiss!!
