Have a crush on this place- atmosphere, food, service, drinks and the hosts were spot on. Do yourself a favor and check it out.
The staff was superb
HOLY COW! The happy hour is the best went once or twice a week for five weeks straight.
Draft Oldfasioneds are bomb and only $5 a pop. You can easily have three in the 90min table time.
You should get the coconut shrimp and all the sliders. They each have a unique but classic feel to them that is only heightened by the ambiance of the room. If you get the sliders make sure not to share because you can eat 5 of them no problem.
The service is pretty much perfect. The Staff knows how to ebb and flow with each customer to meet their needs after only a few interactions.
Drink up!
For non happy hour stuff, you gotta get all there martinis. Wowzers they can shake a cocktail. Also if you have the budget to throw down for their oysters, all though not mind blowing, they accent all the other parts of the meal to near perfection.
This is a nice place with a good happy hour. For happy hour we had 6 oysters for $15 (which may be a little pricey for happy hour oysters) and a spicy chicken slider for $5. Both the red and white wines were good happy hour wines as well for only $5 each. Oysters are good with cocktail sauce and hot sauce. Spicy chicken slider was big for a shower and was just the right amount of spice. For a meal we had a salad and vodka rigatoni which were nice. Salad was large enough to split. Overall the food was very good. I would say the only negative was that I thought the menu was a little light on options, but not enough to drive down the rating from 5 stars.
A great dining experience. Friendly and attentive service. The food was so good and the ambience was amazing. I definitely recommend you visit here!
Chicago Comes Back: Didn’t realize Trivoli Tavern opened last March... welcoming old school wood rich supper clubish tavern. Safety protocols upon enter,
surprisingly good happy hour Fried Coconut Shrimp, flaming hot Chicken Slider, very flavorful Mushroom casserole as dinner. Great bar & serving service. Accessibility easy, navigate a few corners, restrooms 1st floor. Hoping they have a Gin Alley Patio during Sun Season!
