World of Beer

I came here to kill time while my brother celebrated his friends birthday down the street, and I enjoyed it very much. The flight test drink thing which samples 4 random beers and tests your knowledge is highly recommended, as well as their wings! Amazing food, amazing selection, amazing night out!

A large selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles/cans. They have beer from all over the world. The food is kinda terrible though for a place that serves this quality of beer. If you are expecting something like Hopleaf, you will be disappointed. So eat somewhere else, and go here for the beer.

Massive selection of beers, friendly staff. The heating had packed up on one of the coldest days I have ever known but despite this we had a great time with the beer flights. Well worth popping in to if you are in Evanston.

Went there for two occasion recently: the Wildcats Big10 championship game and a Cowboys playoff game. While the food and the beer menu were equally great, the ambiance was very different. It was amazing for the Wildcats game, but lackluster for the NFL showing (half the TVs were showing other sports and no sound). Other than that, had a good time both times!

This place is amazing! Food isn't great but its not called world of food. However, they have great happy hour specials in addition to a most excellent selection of beers from Chicago, the broader region, and around the world.
